WOLFGANGS PUPPIES SALES CONTRACT
SHIPPING FORM

Yahoo!  We have talked, and you have decided to purchase a puppy from us.

The purchase price of your puppy will be the balance, less the non-refundable deposit of $100.00.  The balance will be due on or before delivery of puppy.  The seller certifies that, upon delivery, the puppy will be in good health, immunized, and wormed according to the attached health record.  It is recommended that the puppy be taken to your Veterinarian within 48 hours.  If the purchaser does not do this, they accept the puppy "as is"at the time of sale.

If the puppy, within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian, to have a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medication, a replacement puppy will be given (out of the first available litter of the same breed, registration, and value).  Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must provide to us within two (2) business days of the diagnosis detailing any and all problems found.  This documentation must be returned back to us with the puppy, and any registration papers received. Shipping and medical expenses incurred will not be refunded. Shipping charges to and from the breeder, for the replacement puppy will be at buyers expense.

If a puppy is determined to be suffering from an active parasitic infection within the first two days, seller will be required to compensate purchaser for the medications prescribed by a licensed veterinarian for the treatment of said infection.  Medications for illnesses that are common in puppies will not be covered (eg., Kennel Cough, Coccidia).

This guarantee is no-transferable.  There must be no signs of abuse or neglect.  No replacement will be given if the female has been bred.  No replacement shall be given if breeds that are prone to hip dysplasia are over exercised or overweight.  I do not guarantee any leg, hip, or knee disorders as this is common in small breeds due to jumping from high places and injuries attributed from their small size - their ease of injury is very high - the buyer should be aware of this prior to their purchase of a toy breed dog and monitor their puppies activities with caution.  I do not cover hypoglycemia or hernias.  Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies.

The seller does not guarantee adult size or color of pups and assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises regarding medical expenses, landlord's disapproval, people allergies or disagreement amoung household member regarding puppy.

When shipping a puppy, we make all the travel arrangements.  Your new puppy will be shipped to your nearest airport.  We ship using same-day shipping.  Puppies are shipped in an airline approved crate with food, water and necessary documents.  We do NOT sedate puppies before travel.  All puppies must be 8 weeks old to fly.  We prefer to ship at 10 weeks, and 2 lbs.

We make all arrangements.  We will email the flight information as soon as they are confirmed to us by the airline.  Any changes, I will call you immediately.

I will have called you as soon as your new puppy is aboard.  We will verify all flight information.   You will need to call your air port a hour or so before your flight is due, to make sure it is on time.  When you call, have your confimation number and flight information.  Ask them where you will pick up your puppy.  Some use the main terminal, some use the cargo facility. 

It usually takes 15 - 30 minutes for you to get your puppy once he flight as landed.  You will want to arrive a few minutes early and be sure you have photo ID and flight information with you.  The information on the Pet ID must match yours.  NO ONE ELSE CAN PICK UP YOUR PUPPY.  All information must match.

Finally a puppy.    Flying is stressful for your new puppy, so immediately take him out of his crate and give him some Nutri Drops.  Hugs and kisses are allowed, but don't be disappionted if he seems a bit withdrawn.
Clean up puppy with wet wipes if necessary and clean out crate.  Add clean pad or blanket to crate.  Offer some distilled water and small treats.    When you get home....give me a call.
